The picture shows the signing of the treaty of Rome on 25 November 1957 in an assembly of politicians in a very unspectacular way. The video with Churchill's speech in Zürich 1946 is important as a step to one Europe. But it represents the Vision of one Europe, not the way to it which was represented by Jean Monnet and Robert Schuman.
