The German perspective is a result of the End of World War II (unconditional surrender), Germany's place in Central Europe, the same roots of economy, culture, visions etc. since hundreds of years, the demarcation line between two German states and the necessity to go first steps in the international politic since 1946. The "official" interpretation is also seen in Germany but connected with the question of the German future in the last century.
