The concrete landing in the morning of June, 6th 1944 at several beaches in the Normandie was very careful and unexpected. There are no German sources. The perspective of the concrete landing can only be American or British. They make clear that the liberation was a military solution with hard fights because the power of German or European opposition against Nazi-Germany was not strong enough. 1944 only Nazi propaganda believed in the German victory.
