The National perspective was considering highly the Gagarin’s success and setting on the noticeable interest in Poland as regards the Space- related topics, noticeably enough many Polish people decided to study on the technical universities. The “official” interpretation was emphasising the proper Soviet model as regards the scientific basis and approach. It also evoked the combining the heroism of a person with a cleverness of the system.
