Krenz löst Honecker ab - Krenz replaces Honecker

On october 18th Egon Krenz superseded Erich Honecker as the head of the SED. But the new head has not a lot to oppose to the dynamic of the massprotests and gets approached to the centre of critics concerning him to be responsible for the falsification of the election and the repression. On now legal demonstrations the citizens require among other things the resignation of the leading position of the SED.
