official opening of the forum about nuremberg trials and eichman trial

NUREMBERG AND EICHMANN

1. As far as the Nuremberg trial is concerned: how did the different countries’ sources handle the specificity of the fate that awaited Jewish people in the Nazi concentration camp system?
Was the term “final solution” or “extermination camp” used?

2. What is the reaction face with the defence’s statements?

3.Among the sources of the occupied countries, those of Germany and its allies, and in England, is there any particular points about the summing-up for the prosecution, the sentence.

4. Is there any claim for sentencing which were put forward? What were the terms, the phrases used?

5. How were the 2 trials handled differently in each partner country?

6. Starting from the documents collected by each partner, suggest what was the overall national perspective?
