Nuremberg was considered as the time and place of punishment for crimes of the Hitler’s regime- crimes which took place in unimaginable scale. Poland was treating as a side somehow beside the mainstream of the Nuremberg’s process and it was felt in the commentaries. The sources were writings based on the observation of the trial at the first hand, as the Polish side was a witness during the trial and they could taking a voice e.g. in the question of functioning the General Governor’s Body Apart from that we could read some monographs, e.g. Karol Malcuzynski’s monograph “The Accused do not Confess their Guiltiness” which evoked also emotional point of view.
